It is quite a good article, except for the nonsense about CR practitioners being constantly hungry. From what I've read on various people's blogs, being MR's mother and having just spent 10 days in Philly with MR and April, I can honestly state that people who follow CR properly (getting Optimal Nutrition every day)are no hungrier than anyone else. They eat a lot of great, truly nutritious food on a regular basis every day and are certainly healthier than the average person. If only these journalists would approach things openly and leave their personal biases at home! JD
I totally agree that the whole hunger issue is over dramatic, and most who eat well do not always feel hungry. Sometimes I'm less hungry now than when I ate ad lib... just because my body gets everything it needs, my blood sugar is under control and the volume of food that I eat is huge.
