Heres just an example of what I eat in a day now. There are obviously some variations but they are small and the following is basically what I eat 95% of the time. Like sometimes I might have some strawberries, oranges, pineapples, Raisins among other things.
Breakfast
45g Oatmeal
Small Banana
Almonds
Walnuts
Blueberries
Whey Protein Drink
10g 70% Dark Chocolate
Essential Mix 3g
Cranberry Juice
Snack
Small apple
Bioactive Yogurt
cod liver oil
Essential Mix 3g (vitamins/minerals)
Dinner
Sweet potatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Broccoli steamed
Cauliflower steamed
Whey protein
Tomato sauce or salsa
Brussel sprouts steamed (not for a while they're not in stock!?)
1 clove of garlic
Later on I'll eat
sweet potato (the other half from earlier)
Red onions
Kale
Cherry tomatoes on the vine.
tsp of extra virgin olive oil
half a serving of whey protein
2 cloves of garlic
If I don't have the last bit of food I might just open up a low sugar/salt can of beans if I'm in a rush. I pretty much meet 100% of everything by the time I get to 1700-1800k/cal :)
Oh yes, I missed out the 5-10 cups of green tea I drink per day :D

Hey Matt, I've followed your Blog and others on here for a while about CRON. I'm very interested to know about how many calories you eat per day. You are about the same as me in height and mass but you are almost 20 pounds lighter. I probably average about 2000 a day now and I exercise almost every day as well as walk a lot during the day. My job is fairly physical (I am in the US Air Force as a jet mechanic.) YOu don't have to reply but it'd be nice if you did.
I consume between around 1700k/cal +/- 100 per day... I try to stick within this. I dropped weight from an unkwown body weight over 5 years ago through just eating a healthy diet, it must have been quite a few pounds because a lot of family members and friends noticed... this was BEFORE doing *CRON*. Which I actually started from a weight of around 120 - 125 lbs. I can't say for certain. But I can say that this means I've been CR'd for a lot longer than I initially realized. I've never been anywhere close to being overweight before either, always slim, little body fat.
From earlier photos it wouldn't surprise me if I have dropped from a weight of above 130 lbs or above. My percentage CR relative to my ad lib level is uncertain. So I just focus on eating as little as I feel comfortable with, and 110 lbs is as low as I'm prepared to be.

The Essential Mix I use is a mutli vitamin / mineral from AOR. Google " AOR essential mix " to find out more.
I also use "Reflex Instant Whey Protein concentrate" powder.
